Nice place, really beautiful bedrooms, really spacious.

It is sad because the hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are really nice and confortable, the staff is nice and helpful but there is a lack of care in the global hotel, in the wall and we start seeing a lot of small details broken in common areas.

确实是家老酒店了，硬件设施都很旧，还有年久失修的痕迹。

L’hôtel est magnifique. Le plus beau de tout notre voyage à Bali. Nous avions une suite. Les chambres étaient très bien isolées, propres, confortables et spacieuses. Le personnel est charmant et très serviable, merci à Henri. Le petit déjeuné était très bon :). La piscine est très chouette et calme. Voiturette disponible pour aller à la plage.

Pas de possibilité de manger dans l’hôtel à midi ou le soir.

Spacious room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool area could use a little upgrade but was absolutely usable. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Attached Italian restaurant was so good we ate there twice. Nearby shopping for clothing, snacks, and coffee. Spa was lovely and the highlight of our stay!

The staffs are lovely. The royal room is massive and decor was charming. Value for money was ok.

Breakfast was basic, hotel is dated. Although it’s comfortable but I wouldn’t call it 5 stars.
