バスタブの水が茶色の水が出てきた。エレベーターも止まりそうで怖かった。部屋の鍵がオートロックではないので、不安でした。アニバーサリーのサプライズはとても嬉しかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。

We LOVED our stay at Kupu Kupu! The hotel is gorgeous and our rooftop villa was right outside the main pool, which our kids utilised a lot. Breakfast is fantastic with many options and both the Tandoor and Italian restaurants downstairs are top-notch. We did not expect the free golf buggy shuttle service to the beach, that was a lovely surprise, as well as the free transfer to the airport. Highlight was definitely the Bamboo Spa by L’Occitane, absolutely stunning and I had a beautiful foot massage and facial, highly recommend! All the staff are amazing, we would definitely visit again :)

The dark wood in the rooms, but that's just a personal preference.

スタッフの方はとても親切でした。近くのビーチクラブに行くのに情報が少ないためフロントで尋ねると、すぐ調べてくれて一緒に考えてくれました。ただ、ホテル内が（特にリビング）が埃っぽく、エアコンを見るとカビがありました。ハウスダストアレルギーなので、咳が止まらずにマスクをして過ごしました。また、部屋の前のプールサイドベッドの上に使用済みのタオルがチェックイン直後からずっとかかっており、ベッドが使えなかったのが残念でした。

HOT HOT HOT. Stairs were so painful to step on you have to wear shoes all the time to go up and down to the bathroom at night.

There are no sidewalks near the hotel so it feels unsafe to walk to nearby shops and restaurants - so you are stuck riding the golf cart to their restaurant which is just okay.
