Lack of information re the hotel reception area and the rooms could only be reached by climbing up the! No lift available.

Interesting interior, cleanliness, quietness, location, super friendly and professional staff, breakfast options, hotel services in general, in other words - everything. Hotel deserves 4 stars in my opinion.

No lift to get suitcases up, you may need to ask hotel to get them. Wasn't an issue for me.
