the hotel is quite clean and good value of money. But the hotel reception cannot find our booking. It's so strange!

１人旅で3泊しました。駅まで徒歩10分程度。部屋には冷蔵庫はありませんが近くに24時間営業のコンビニがありますのでよく利用しました。部屋は広くてきれいです。罗湖口岸が近いのでホテルの宿泊費が高い香港を避けて利用するのもよいと思います。

The room are a bit small

位置用google完全不對~離地鐵有15分鐘距離~房間內煙味極重~從沒住過煙味如此重的房間~衣服回家洗過後還有煙味洗不掉~整個晚上一直被臭醒

The room very very small and very dirty.

2 business room were confirmed while making booking and only one bussiness room was offered said it was full other room was so small it hardly was called a business room ..

air-con didn't work properly, toooo much noise at night, it feels like you are sleeping on an aircraft or worse.

A decent hotel at a very good price. It takes a good 12-15 minutes to walk to the railway station (minimum). Staff very nice, but you had better be ready with a little rudimentary Chinese. Completely useless instructions in the room for accessing the free WiFi. You basically had to have an Internet connection to reveal the password. Duh. (I asked at the front desk next morning and they helped me get online very quickly.)

Overall it was an ok stay. The staff was nice and courteous. The room was spacious, but while in the room you can see who is showering through the semi-transparent window. Once I got into the room, it had a smoky smell and i asked for a non-smoking room. Otherwise the room was good. Overall a good three star hotel.
