Shanshui Trends Hotel LuoHu ShenZhen

It was ok and comfy. The elevator stank alil and breakfast was ok (options were limited). Best part is its location (close to shenzhen railway station).

Not a bad place and is close to LOHOU railway station and commercicail shopping center. There is a lot of restaurants close by and about 15 minute walk to walking street shopping area,Clean hotel and freindly staff.

I am totally unsatisfied. The room is very small. The tap is funny and not user friendly. The flush is hard to be pressed. The tv is also not clear. The shampoo is leaked over the floor but it was not cleaned up after room made up. The breakfast is also very poor.

We stayed in the Japanese style room. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Checking-in and out is very speedy. Being able to speak Chinese helps a little! The included breakfast actually is not as bad as others reviewed. We went at 7a.m. so there was plenty of food. Overall, we had a good experience.

Arrived at evening but they could not find my reservation. Had to argue for 20 minutes,before the issue was solved.

After reading decent review online, we booked this place. Totally stayed there two separate times. Rooms were nice enough for a short stay. But, my friend's room had no internet connection and the bed (sheets, comforter, etc.) was damp to the touch. After helping him get a switch, I returned to my room and found the same with the bed in my room. Worse is that there was actually a pubic hair right by the pillow... On my second stay (booked together), I woke up to a nauseating that appeared to come from the floor drain in the bathroom. I didn't bother complaining since I was checking out soon anyway. The smell was so strong I had to open the door to help air the room out. Internet speed was fine in the room, except for my friend's first room which didn't have connection at all. The staff claimed there is wifi in the lobby, but neither of our phones could connect. There was another gentleman from South Korea who was also experiencing the same thing. Breakfast was hugely disappointing. One of the worst I've seen while traveling in China. Location to the Luohu station is the only good point of this place, and it offers a shuttle to and from the station. The shuttle picks up and drops off in front of the spa down the street. Come out of the hotel, turn left, walk past the immediate intersection and look for small vans parked on the sidewalk.

No star at all. The room is so so. I will not stay again. It is like hostel.

stayed here for more than a week nd was moneys worth.though staff new very little english they went out of their way to help.

Location of Hotel is good, with a lot of massage parlors, convenience stores and restaurants. However hotel look doesnt comply with the photographs posted on the internet. It felt like staying in a motel , or Hotel 81 chain in Singapore. Rooms and toilets are small, totally budget style NOT RECOMMENDED

Overall is good but the coffee shop opposite the hotel is quiet noisy at night
