Hotel Pacific Sunrise

It was my fourth time at this hotel, this time just one night. More guests than at previous visits because of Semana Santa,

They did not tell us the hotel did not have an elevator.

The hotel staff is outstanding. Everyone made an effort to accomadate our group Especially Eduardo. The front desk staff was excellent and promptly fixed a few minor glitches in my room. The hotel has a great location with a few restaruants and and a grocery store next door; but the the hotel restaurant is very good too and the prices are very good as well. I would stay here again.

This hotel looks nice in the pictures but is far from nice. The hotel rooms are in disrepair, the showers are gross and crumbling. The hotel food is gross, we were served moldy bread on our sandwiches. It is over priced. The pool does not have the cascading waterfall as shown in the pictures..it is overgrown with weeds. The hotel is close to the beach which is litered with garbage.

Have stayed there before. Clean, on the main highway, but dark inside and a little eerie. No one ever seems to be there. The restaurant is almost always empty. The pool is not clean. Pool side chairs and lounges all are broken. It is a convenient location. This was my third stay. I may try somewhere else next time.

No wifi, no good room service.

Good overall. I had been there once before. Felt safe there, close to a few restaurants, and easy to get to by bus. Not many people staying there, so it felt a little empty and dark at times. Nice pool. Good bar.

several problems with this hotel. Water shortage, problem with clean towels and extreme loud noises in surrounding neighborhood. Not a good pick. Sorry, I do not recommend.

Its nice and clean, it needs more updating, but it's in agreat location, if you want to be in front of the beach. It has connecting bridge that takes you right into the ocean. The hotel has near by, seafood places for very good prices, and it has a security guard day and night. It's nice place to stay and the staff is kind. The location offers other restaurants and super market near by, its not afive star but I would stay againg

We have been here for there days and have enjoyed our stay here. The best thing about the hotel itself is the outside areas, the pool is great and clean , the grounds are kept clean and have all the amenities of quality hotels . The rooms are just okay , they are clean but very dated and the decorating does not exsist . They also have only cold water . Still in this part of the world it is an oasis
