It was nice, really good location

Needs to be more cleaned

Privacy, room was cool, surrounded by trees , good location

Fridge/freezer couldn't do its job sufficiently. I like a really cold beer. Oven/hobs could've done with an up date. This negativity should be in no way related to the overall experience. Loved it

very spacious, set in lovely grounds

Upstairs was nice, bottom bedroom horrible carpet and damp smell. Shower was not that clean. Needs reno.

Difficulty with parking and turning car. Another door to downstairs would be helpful Main bed in kitchen/ living room not ideal. No oven only 2 hotplates. Fridge small with tiny freezer shelf

Self contained spacious unit with all facilities in a bush like setting

Cobwebs and spiders inside. Could do with some renovations

Walking distances to restaurants, Waitangi treaty grounds and beach.

The room wasn't super clean - teabag in sink, hair on mat, grot around tapware in sink and bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, very convenient with the supermarket across the road and the beach 5 minutes walk away, and the staff were great.

Location easy great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants

Layout does not work for 5 adults, with two sleeping in the kitchen area. No privacy to either area in which people sleep. The unit is not the cleanest with dust, spider webs and spiders in all areas. Did not look like it had bern vacuumed. There was also damage to many of the blinds. The manager was downright rude on the phone. We had made arrangements with the owner a few days before, for key pick up and an extra person for one night. Manager denied all knowledge, said we couldn't change names on the booking (we didn't want to), noone but the named person could pick up the keys; and we shouldn't book through a travel agent, Booking.com
