Lots of dead sand flies but nothing to cry home about on the stairs and in the bathroom we just vacuumed them up. To be expected in bush setting

I had an absolutely awful stay at this holiday apartment, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment we entered the room, we were hit with a horrible stench that never went away. The entire place felt unclean and poorly maintained. The worst part was the cobwebs and spiders everywhere—around the bed, on the ceiling, and in the corners of the room. It was disgusting and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Clearly, housekeeping is not a priority here. To make matters worse, the refrigerator was barely functioning. It barely kept our food cool, and by night, water started leaking from it and spread under the bed, making the floor wet and even more unpleasant. When we reported this issue to the manager, instead of taking responsibility, she rudely blamed us for the problem. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! On top of that, the kitchenware provided was filthy. The dishes were covered in grease and food stains, making it clear they hadn’t been properly washed. We had to clean everything before we could use it, which was unacceptable. Also, the bathroom had an empty shower gel dispenser, meaning basic amenities weren’t even provided. Overall, this place was a nightmare. Dirty, smelly, full of spiders, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place unless you want to ruin your holiday!

Reception by staff member on our late arrival was rude and unwelcoming. We were blamed for being uncontactable last when only an email was sent. No phone call or text. The kitchen lacked basics especially kitchen paper and foil there were no instruction re washing facilities only a letter telling us our liabilities if rules were broken. No staff member visited to replace stocks or change towels in a 3day stay and there was nobody at reception at either of our visits. Some lights weren't working including stove light.

Very lovely place clean beatiful in trees and nice and quite area stuff was awesome kind and helpful

Everything was good but looking for power point behind sofa I was suprised at the level of dirt there. Also I found a lot of broken glass shards by the ranch slider. My husband said he thought he had glass in his foot but did not find but prompted us to look further. Not sure green mat is ever lifted for cleaning. Quite a few cockroaches but in bush, maybe regular "bombing". Overall we enjoyed the apartment and would recommend and return. After all there are Lhasa Apsos!
