"Beautiful hotel"

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very good. It’s nearer the top of Bath and a short walk to the main centre. It is very clean and tidy and beautifully presented. We stayed in room 2 after we were very kindly upgraded and the room itself was very spacious and large and lovely and we really appreciated this gesture. The staff were all very kind, pleasant and friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that. We would definitely return to The Queensberry!
