The Queensberry Hotel

Lovely hotel.

We stayed at The Queensberry Hotel and it works best when you treat it as a base rather than a place to sleep. The hotel is spread across several Georgian townhouses, which gives it character. Corridors shift, rooms differ in size and layout, and the building feels authentic. Our Junior Suite was spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. The seating area next to the bed makes it easy to spend time in the room. Comfort levels are where they should be for this category, with a proper bed and a well-sized bathroom. Service is attentive and consistent without becoming formal. The atmosphere is calm. The location is practical, most of Bath is within walking distance, but the hotel encourages you to slow down. The Old Q Bar adds value. It is compact but well put together, with a second room around a fireplace that gives it a residential feel. The drinks list goes beyond the obvious and cocktails are balanced and precise. This is a hotel with a clear identity. It works because everything is controlled and consistent, not because it tries to impress.

Beautiful room in a boutique style, staff were very attentive, breakfast was of a very high standard. Amazing staff working in the restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel in Bath and had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much bother. The room and the facilities were excellent. The staff are an asset to the hotel, Olí, the general manager and Hannah, who did the turndown service. It felt like a home from home and true hospitality is shown by all. Thank you for a lovely stay and I hope to return the next time I’m in Bath!

The hotel was clean room lovely but cold in the evenings. Breakfast was ok but not what I expected very average, tea was dreadful.Staff nice. Location was very central to tourist area.

The hotel is located on a quiet block walking distance from the Circus and 10-15 minutes from most of the highlights of Bath. The room we had was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The Hop on Hop off stop is 2 minutes away. And 2 minutes away from Saville Row that quickly became a favorite.

The hotel is boutique. Almost B&B style. Hence some amenities are missing in the room. No coffee machine [but downstairs at all times], no safe, no conditioner. Also, one needs to book breakfast in advance. Also, walls are kinda of thin. We could hear the neighbor snoring all night. 😄

Excellent service, nice little bar, very comfortable room and bed 🛌, nice bathroom 🚽 , great breakfast 🍳, quiet and convenient location. Nice outside 🪴

Location was amazing. Loved the Olive Tree restaurant. Rooms individual and comfortable.

Last minute decision to have a few days in Bath. Purely by chance, decided to stay at the Queensberry Hotel. What a Gem! Everything was perfect. 5' away from the main attractions, Car parked for us. Amazing staff, lovely large room with ensuite, Spotlessly clean, very quiet despite the location, excellent breakfast, beautifully cooked and presented. Nothing was too much trouble - including recommendations for good restaurants and bars. I would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful hotel.
