"THE best hotel in Bath"

Everything was perfect! Breakfast cooked to perfection, clean. rooms and bathrooms, polite staff that are friendly and helpful. Relaxing environment and a really good range of drinks including cocktails.

"Excellent. It’s sure not to disappoint"

From the moment my partner and I walked through the door we were greeted with politeness professionalism , and warmth. The staff couldn’t do enough. Our luggage was taken up to the room. The room was spacious, quiet, with a lovely view over bath. When walking int the room, the sound of classics music playing was a nice touch. The barroom was roomy with a big shower and I loved the decor and wallpaper. The outside courtyard was private and very pleasant. We would 100% stay again.

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location!"

The location is great as you are only a small walk from the circus, the crescent and the city centre itself. The hotel was clean and comfy and met all our needs, the staff were very helpful and were always on hand to help if need be.

The breakfast was poor in our opinion, the selection of items and the quality of them wasn't great, but this is only directed at the full cooked breakfast, I am sure other options on the menu would of been nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed. Great location and an easy walk to all the sights.

Hotel and restaurant are beautiful, but carpet in the lounge area is showing wear with many visible stains.

"Family Weekend Away"

What a great Hotel. We have stayed at the Queensberry many times in recent years and on this occasion we invited some family members to join us. As per usual the staff were very attentive and professional. The rooms were beautifully immaculate and the beds are so comfy. The position of the hotel is close to all the sights, attractions and there are plenty of great places to eat and drink including the onsite Olive Tree restaurant. We couldn't recommend this place any more... 5 stars everytime. see you again very soon

"Excellent hotel, the whole family loved our stay and we will be back."

Excellent quality of staff and attention. We stayed in the junior suite which was an excellent room and the family loved it. The breakfast was superb and the overall quality of the food and drink was great.

Very little to say from a negative perspective.
