Great size apartment with all amenities. Hosts very helpful and all instructions were easy to follow and implement. Very close to our event we were attending over the weekend. Thanks for a great stay.

The unit could have been better stocked in kitchen items such as glasses,bowls,plates etc.

One of the door handles were loose and fell off. But was easily fixed.

The bathroom light does not work during my entire stay. I have tried to call but no response. I have then communicated to the property via the booking channel, only got a response at 5am the next day telling it will be fixed on the day. But I am checking out already. The fact that when I informed the staff that I already checked out and had no light to bathroom for my entire stay, the response I got was “I know, and I messaged early this morning before you checked out” . There was no apology for the inconvenience caused and no gesture of remediation. This does not solve the problem that I had no light. It was pure poor customer service.

Nice older style apartment, it was very well kept with a full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry.

it is difficult to walk up the stairs from the underground parking especially with bags. The unit numbers on the ground floor units are really hard to see and at first glance the entrance looks like a back door so we had trouble locating it. We walked around with our bags for quite a while trying to find the entrance to our unit.

The location is pretty good.

The aircon didn't reach the bedroom so we slept in the lounge room.
