Could not park my truck anywhere

It was really terrible

The service was extremely poor. The place was filthy, staff were rude, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout. Some rooms appeared to be used as emergency or refuge-style accommodation, which created an environment that felt completely unsuitable—especially for children. My sister was forced to leave because she has three young boys, and the conditions were simply unhealthy and unsafe for them. This is not a place you would ever choose to bring children. I would strongly caution others against trusting the positive reviews, as they do not reflect our experience and appear questionable.
