Staff members hardly spoke, the beds were overly soft and spongy, the air con didn’t reach the second bedroom and the fan supplied didn’t work because the power points didn’t work either. The tv remote didn’t work properly, the lampshades were broken and there were grimey marks all over the walls.

Not much do I like about the property. I was very run down inside and outside. It was dirty, not cleaned well.

It was not clean. When you pay good money for a room you should be able to live comfortably for the stay, but this room was so dirty.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful when needed. Sound of a busy road didn't carry through to the room either.

A coffee machine would have been superb but all facilities were greatly appreciated.
