Convenience of the location and parking.

We arrived for the check in at 13 but our room was not ready. There was no apology, there was no suggestion to get other room (that was ready) , we were told to leave our luggage and leave. We haven’t experienced anything like that. To the question when the room will be ready the answer was simple - I don’t know. We had no other choice but to leave our luggage and go somewhere. After few hours when we have returned, the receptionist was very rude, didn’t even say hello, only opened a door to collect our things gave as a key and that’s that. No apology, no info about wifi about the check out no smile. I simply do not understand.

Good location, about 15 minute walk from the old town. Quiet area. The kitchenette was a bonus. The staff were helpful and kind.

Although we liked our room, the bed was an issue. There was no room on either side to get into the bed, we had to climb in and out from the bottom of the bed. As senior citizens, that was problematic.

Балкончик норм. Заселение было ночью, все инструкции выслали, никаких проблем. Персонал ок.

Запах ( видимо, ковровое покрытие).

The staff was really friendly, allowed us to store our lugagge before checking in. The location was really good, around 15mins by bus from/to the airport, and the hotel itself is really close to the old town and city center. Lots of restaurants nearby and food shops as well

One room was for two, I thought there would be one single bed, but it turned out to be two beds with separate mattresses, which left a hole in the middle, making cuddling a little not so comfortable :)
