Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Early check-in is until 13:00, and late check-out is from 12:00, both incurring a 4 EUR/h fee and is subject to availability. Please note that if a guest shortens his stay at HOME Apart-Hotel, the value of the following night will be charged. Please note that the payment needs to be made upon arrival either in local currency or by credit card. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only. If a minor wishes to stay at our hotel, the parents can fill in a registration card and the minor will be able to stay in our apartment. If guests wants to get breakfast for their stay it has to be preordered before arrival. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply, payment is required. When booking 4 nights ore more, different policies and additional supplements may apply, payment is required. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The amount to be paid will be specified directly to the guest via booking.com messages.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
