All the properties managed by GCHR are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. This does not include beach or swimming towels. The property has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as soap, detergent, tea and coffee, milk and toilet supplies for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels. Please note that check-in is only available at the HRSP.com.au office.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La vue est incroyable. Le tramway 🚊 est au pied de l'immeuble, les commerces également. De nombreux restaurants y sont également à proximité.

Nous avons passées un excellent séjour. Les enfants ce sont super bien amusés. Ils ont adorés les différentes piscine, juste un petit couac la température 22°. L'hôtel est super bien placé, accès au tram directement à la sortie et la rue piétonne.

"Apartment was great and location perfect. 2 1/2 days without wi-fi/internet or tv was not good."

Key pick-up was easy and very close to apartments. Apartment was clean and well-stocked (though the starter pack for washing machine/dish-washer etc was miserly, only 1 dish-washer tablet!). Location was perfect for us - family with 3 kids (19-21 yo). Supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars all right there. beach 150 metres and tram stop (for Broadbeach etc) right next to apartments. Building facilities (pools, sauna, gym) all good.

Would have been helpful to have mentioned the apartments were in the same block as the Hilton as it was confusing trying to work out where the apartments were. No wi-fi or internet or tv when we arrived and it took 3 days to fix with no apology.
