Very spacious and there was an additional bed to cater for my 3rd child. Wasnt expecting that ☺️. The location is excellent and felt safe. Included all the essentials like hairdryer, ironing board and iron, Vacuum, dust pan, clothes rack, cooking equipment and also washing machine and dryer.

The smell. I believe it may be the cleaning agent that they use to clean the carpets. The bathroom had seals coming off the edges. We had a problem with someone who parked in our spot and that was a bit of an inconvenience to us to resolve the issue. The lifts took a little long during peak times.

Our room was changed to a different room without notifying us, A/C vent had mould, hole in the wall in hallway. It was like a 5 year old had tried to clean the room.

The location is very convenient, with a lively pedestrian street right downstairs offering plenty of shops and dining options. It’s also within walking distance to the beach, which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. This unit even has a beautiful sea view, which is definitely a highlight.

Unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable. The room is located right next to the garbage room in the hallway, and there was a strong, unpleasant garbage smell throughout the entire unit, especially at night. The sour odor was so intense on the first night that it made it very difficult to sleep. We contacted the host on the first evening to report the issue, but did not receive any response throughout our stay, which was very disappointing. From the second day, the building management tried to use a large amount of air freshener. While it slightly improved the situation in the morning, by the afternoon and evening the effect wore off. The smell returned and mixed with the artificial fragrance, making it even more uncomfortable. This seriously affected our rest and overall experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Walking distance to everything - beach, supermarkets, shops- right in the middle of Surfers. Beautiful ocean view, clean, large and spacious apartment with everything you could need in the kitchen and laundry.

It was a bit of a 'choose your own adventure' getting the keys from the office and getting to the free parking, but the instructions were excellent - just get your partner to read as you go.

Great Location and Views, Close to Everything

Location was good.

They booked us a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 adults. We struggled to get extra bed in the booking to accommodate 2 more adults with no privacy for them. The property mamager can not be reached directly, only on messages and they won't reply in time. The key collection was a mission by itself. We asked Booking.com provide us with a compensation for the inconvenience caused with this stay. The friends who were travelling from Sydney had a very unpleasant stay. The listing shows good photos but do not talk abou the size allocated for the apartments.
