Excellent, friendly and really comfortable. If you're thinking about it.. just book it, I'm sure you won't regret it. Roger and co were friendly, helpful to the point of posting back a wash bag left behind and offering a lift locally when my train was cancelled. Superb service.

Absolutely nothing. My only regret was that I didn't get to sample the breakfast as I had to rush off due to a cancelled train. Will be back to try it.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful abode, with stunning scenery on the doorstep. Roger, our host could not have been more attentive and welcoming. I would rate Ardwyn House as one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. Thank you for a very happy couple of days.

I loved the homely feel. It was a real home from home. Left every morning full after an amazing breakfast. Then treated after a long day out with home made cake and tea in front of the log burner. Roger and Katie the hosts were very attentive and went the extra mile. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Roger was very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. We felt very relaxed and comfortable straight away.

That we only spent one night. We would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

beautiful property in a lovely location. Roger, the owner, looked after us really well, giving us delicious cake and tea all day as we sat and read next tot the fire. Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished. The bathroom had an incredible roll top bath which we loved! Breakfast was exceptionL too highly recommend Ardwyn, it os a very special place
