Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome and they couldn't 't do enough to help. Staff were the highlight!

Not much, most everything was perfect - perhaps the pool to be warmer but it's not easy for the hotel to control the sun

Gorgeous hotel. Excellent facilities

Excellent location, well appointed with beautiful gardens, pools, spa was spacious and had lots of pool options. Gusto restaurant was excellent, no complaints at all. The others would rate as good, but perhaps the food was a tad overcooked.

The property is being renovated so there was quite a bit of building work at the entrance. We were told this was planned to end in the next month.

Nothing. After a terrible stay, tap not working in the room neither was wall socket. Then ended up with food poisoning which the hotel have asked us after the event do we want an investigation. The hotel should automatically invetsigate such instances when we told them we only ate at the hotel.

Food and the room.. The room as outlined above and the food.. food for the in room service we received on the last night appeared to be lovely. That was until 1.30am in the morning my wife was up being violently sick and constant diarrhoea. My stomach was swirling at this time. We was checking out at 8am and when we checked we just wanted to get out of the Conrad. The receptionist asked if we had a good time where we did not respond. Later that morning it was my turn but this was while I was on the plane on the way home (both ends also, violent sick and also diarrhoea). When we got home we complained and all the response was that did we want this investigating. For the sake of the current customers and people staying at the hotel this should be a must to investiagte, not ask the customer if we want an investigation. Totally unprofessional.

The Best Hotel In QDL Just Got Better, we always book directly with the Conrad and request the same room or area of Hotel and we get it. When you arrive you are welcomed by the same staff as you saw 6 months ago or a year ago which says a lot about a Hotel. The refurbished Atrium area , bar and restaurant is beautiful. We don’t dine much at the Hotel as QDL has so many nice restaurants, but when we do it’s perfect. Breakfast is always absolutely sublime in both the selection and freshness of food and service is exquisite. Twice a year at this Hotel is never enough and we are going to sneak in an extra visit in 2026
