Location, security, rooms open to the outside so you can park just outside your door, plenty of hot water and nice towels changed daily, plenty of TV stations with good reception

Keycard didn't always work. Lock mechanism on outside door was defective; bathroom door wouldn't latch

Ridiculous breakfast, horrible internet, not being possible to use it. The only thing that saves is the location of the hotel.
