Captain's Quarters Inn

It was'nt so much the Hotel, rather the people that stay there. People were up all night talking and laughing loudly. Someone had a dog that was barking all night.

Could use more parking spaces or check vehicles parked to make sure they’re guests. AC maintenance

My friend chose the place and I booked my room because I had points with Hotels.com I needed to burn. Otherwise, I would have chosen a Hilton property for the Hilton points. My friend ended up bailing on the trip. When we arrived I texted him and told him we were at the hotel. He asked how the property was and I told him it was a real stinkhole. Haha. I was just kidding though. It was actually pretty solid. Checkin was good. Air was good. Room clean and comfortable. Would def stay again. It’s not the Embassy Suites but… pretty “suite” nonetheless.

Staff was friendly, room was older but tidy. Pool was nice. Very convenient location. Restaurants, park, & ferry nearby.

Great location from store, beach and restaurants, but the rooms are starting to look run down. Towel hanger hanging off the back of bathroom door, walk in showers spray all over causing floor to get wet, toilet paper holder broken. They don't keep the doggie poop bag holder filled anymore. Wish they had protien options on the breakfast bar.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was approached by individuals asking for money. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, in a manner that felt aggressive. Additionally, there was a strong and unpleasant odor of marijuana throughout the location. Given these issues, we were refused a refund and had to dispute the charge. I would not recommend this place.
