Great location with lots of food and shopping nearby. Near linhexi metro station also. Loved the bath tub and spacious room

It was easily assessable to various food establishments.

It was quite far from the subway stations. Worst of all, there was no conditioning during my stay because the outside temperature was above their standard. I requested for air conditioning when the room service arrived because I thought the air conditioning was broken. But instead I was told when the outside temperature was above certain level, the hotel would shut down the central air conditioning and advised to open the windows. The windows could only open for a few inches for safety reasons. It was also very noisy from the traffic below. But it would be very stuffy if keeping the windows closed.

Staff was very unhelpful and refused to refund our money, forcing us to contact booking.com to get our refund instead. They ignored emails from booking.com when they reached out to them on our behalf.

Personal amazing.
