Landmark International Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. They even helped organize my suitcase to be shipped to another city. The room was a great value for the price.

The hallways had stains on the carpet from being a covid center; however, the room felt clean.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center. .There are several restaurants around the hotel where the food is very good. The rooms are very large with all facilities, and the cleanliness is perfect. The price-quality ratio is a very good one for downtown Guangzhou. I stayed in much more expensive hotels in Guangzhou, and the conditions were not at all better than at this hotel.

今回も移動を考え体育中心周辺で地下鉄駅徒歩圏にある同ホテルをリピート。最初に案内された部屋に窓がなく、このホテルに窓無しの部屋があったこと、そしてまるで日本の銭湯のように壁面に大きな絵が描かれていたことに驚き、今回一番安い部屋を予約していたことに一瞬不安がよぎったが、フロントに申し出るとすぐに窓のある部屋に変更してもらえた。ただしその部屋はテレビが窓を背に設置してあり、カーテンの開閉時にアンテナ線が絡まり視聴不能になる事態が発生、ただしこれもホテル側にはすぐに対応修理してもらえた。またチェックイン時に歯ブラシが備わっていなかったが、これも申し出るとすぐに補充してもらえた。前回滞在後に改装されたのか廊下の絨毯の毛足が長く感じられ、フロア全体が綺麗で快適になっていた。一方で水洗トイレの水圧は相変わらず中国標準で弱め、またタオルも使い込まれた標準的なもので、欲を言えばもう少し厚手で吸水性が高いと快適である。今回は湿気の低い冬の滞在だったからか、あるいは改装されたばかりだったからか広州にありがちなカビや湿気の臭いは全く感じられなかった。このホテルは便利な立地と特に不自由を感じないレベルの快適性を備えているため、常に選択肢の一つである。何か不自由があればとにかく申し出てみるのが中国での基本である。またチェックアウト時に必ず行われていたハウスキーパーの備品チェック待ちが今回なかったのは中国スタンダードの変化かもしれない。

Not a good location for shopping but a quiet surrounding. Our room is spacious and comfortable furnished with a range of amenities. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There is a mini library at the lobby where you can get some information on the history and culture of Guangzhou.

酒店服務專業，但因裝修日間有些嘈吵

Staying in a business suite I had 2 rooms, comfortable king size bed, great bathroom, complementary water and magnificent 180 degree views of the Pearl River. The in-house restaurants have quality food, the steakhouse was excellent with very reasonable prices. Breakfast on the 39th floor, western style quite suitable.
