Great location and beautiful apartment.

Lovely property, great high ceilings and olde worlde feel. Handy to have full apartment with dishwasher and all the furnishings, very convenient. Location is excellent, close enough to town but perfect for Dean Village and Stockbridge. Helpful and friendly owners, can't fault this accommodation.

We stayed at the Buckingham apartment. Awesome and spacious property. Many amenities, including the detail of having milk and cereal for a quick breakfast in the morning! . If you aren’t driving, the apartment is at around 15-20 min walk to the Old Town but you can also take the bus or a taxi. Billy was a great host.

There is no elevator in the building but otherwise excellent place to stay Close to town Clean Modern

We loved this place. The only downside was having to walk up 3flights of stairs. Other than the stairs the place was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Great spot close to all activities in Edinburgh. Clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Hot water. Small kitchen for easy use. Solid communication and preparation Will highly recommend
