Very comfortable space with character. Billy the owner was warm and welcoming. Easy to walk or uber into the main part of edinburgh. Nice to be in a residential neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Amazing and beautiful place to stay - spacious and well presented, spotlessly clean and has everything you need and more, the perfect home away from home. Everything you want you see is within easy walking distance. Perfect host! - super lovely and helpful.

Lovely apartment in a good part of town that’s easily accessible. We wish the beds were more comfortable it was difficult to sleep because the mattress was too hard.

A great apartment, close to bus stop, and if necessary walkable to city centre. Facilities in apartment excellent. Everything you would need for a home from home! Friendly owner onsite. Our second visit and hope to return next year!

Property went above and beyond our expectations. Billy was a great host. Property was the perfect size for two and more than adequate for three. It had everything we needed. The best part was location, location, location. Literally within 5 minutes for coffee and food, within 20 minutes walk to all the major attractions in central Edinburgh including Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in a spacious and attractively presented one bedroom apartment on the third floor. Views from the living area over Edinburgh towards Leith and beyond were fantastic and made up for the climb up the last staircase of steep winding stairs. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The dining table is wobbly and one of the bedside lights doesn't work fully but these are minor issues that didn't spoil our overall very positive experience. We found Billy very welcoming, helpful and clear in his communication and really appreciated the complimentary milk, biscuits, tea, coffee and cereal on our arrival.
