As a hunny moon destination for us, we were so happy to be greeted with congratulations from they staff and a want to make sure we had the best stay possible.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great variety of foods and lovely and fresh. The pool facilities were amazing. The staff were beyond excellent and very attentive. We loved the fresh bottles of water left in our room each day.

The beds were a bit too soft. The lighting wasn’t so great although that might be because of a blown bulb. Our central heating only went up to a certain temperature and we would have liked it to go higher when coming back from cold outings.

The soap, shampoo, and conditioner smelled nice

1. Pay for parking, far if you have luggage 2. The jets in the public hot tub were not working. Steam room not working 3. Soon as we go into our room (room 804), smells like bowel movement. We noticed when we first got in the room, when you flush the toilet, the water runs more than usual till the toilet water settled. At 6 am when flushing the toilet, the water wouldnt stop continuously running and had to go to the front desk to ask for help when Inwould have rather slept in. Afros (front desk staff) came in the room, flushed it a couple more times thinking that solved the toilet issue and water kept running. He then just gave up and said “Call the front desk at 9am when they come in because they usually take care of this”. 4. The elevator situation. If your room is above floor 7, good luck getting to your room. Multiple elevators need to be accessed to get to our room. Of course the elevators were out of order as well 5. We found an outside side building door to lead us to our room given elevators are out of service. The fact that a building door isn’t locked, makes you question security in the building 6. Left more stressed than relaxed 7. Location not near town centre 8. Worst customer service and maintenance of a hilton hotel i’ve ever been to, never again Side notes: 1. Pay $20/day for parking. Parking outdoors so if it’s raining and you have luggage, far from room. Bellman doesn’t even offer to help with luggage. The floor is cobble stone textured so very loud and wobbly when rolling luggage from parking to hotel

Very early check in was appreciated, lovely staff, lovely accommodation, clean, breathtaking views onto lake

Lack of a shuttle service, and maybe brighter lighting in bathroom (vanity)

The room was very comfortable with amazing view. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly
