Great spot on enjoyed out stay. Reception staff where great Afroj & Hayat. Dryer in our room was not working. Replaced the same day. Uber never showed at 6.00am guys arrange a taxi within minutes.👍

Food average. Staffs too controlling of seating allocation even though heaps of seats

Spa did not work , sauna could not get into slippery to go upstairs, indoor pool too cold. Restaurant staff rude, admin staffs lacks details of attention to daughters 21st birthday. Despite the complaints nothing was rectified for a 5 star hotel it’s a rip off there’s better places to stay at. Parking is not free

Locations was perfect for us and the staff were very nice the ease of check in and out was very good too I loved there shops and restaurants

Was quite expensive for an older hotel could use a little maintenance to make more modern, maybe a deeper clean before guest check in was hair still in the shower from the previous guest and couple of stains in the carpet but still enjoyable

The property is gorgeous on the lakefront and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly , especially when I told them it was my birthday !! They made it a great stay . Sauna and pool were lovely too and pretty good breakfast!!

Our room was fabulous facing the lake, the only issue was the mattress which was a bit worn out.
