It was quaint, clean, lots of walking

Not happy that breakfast was not included in the booking price as indicated on the website. I had a far better deal in London a premier inn and a full English breakfast buffet all you could eat. Not able to book in before *5pm was also inconvenient, but as we were at a wedding the location was not by choice

When I booked this on your site it said £74 with breakfast included you charged me £80 and on arrival there wasn't a breakfast included I happened to take a photo shot of your Advertisement the landlord didn't seem interested so I won't be booking with you again

We had a lovely weekend stay. The room was warm, cosy and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great food too!

We liked the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere as soon as we walked through the door. Sitting by the fire was a great way to relax after a fraught day. We ate an evening meal at the Inn, we really enjoyed the generous portions of flavoursome well cooked food, with plenty of choice on the menu, nothing pretentious here just honest grub, compliments to the chef. Have to mention the staff, all really lovely and determined to make our stay a good one with efficient service and attention to detail. The room we had was via external steps and over the bar, but it wasn't too noisy. The room was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, we slept well and through the night found it peaceful and the bed was cosy, we had nice clean towels and th shower was better than expected. We ate breakfast in the conservatory, friendly prompt service again and sufficient variety on the menu. Before we arrived Brett problem solved a request about breakfast and had sent over the menu to help us decide whether to eat there, breakfast didn't disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay in this ancient Inn, it isn't the Hilton..this is Ironbridge at it's best and we love it!

Lovely situation handy for many attractions. Small, friendly staff and nice rooms. Good food on site. Helpful hints :Housekeeping rooms could improve on stayover nights and continental breakfast could have more selection. Wouldnt stop me from rebooking

Lovely setting in Coalport near museums (tile museum, china clay museum, Maws craft centre) and great walking in the surrounding areas. Close to Ironbridge, lovely walk along the Severn (30 minutes) to see the bridge. Great food and service. Choice of places to eat within 15 minutes walk.
