The Shakespeare Inn

Lovely rooms, we had everything we needed. The staff were so helpful and the food was incredible.

Hotel room good but when we booked a continental or cooked breakfast was “available “. Informed day before they were closed no breakfast available!

Rooms were good and fan was a welcome addition in this heat. Hot tap in room one doesn't turn off properly. Shower in room 3 leaks and lock on inner door difficult but overall good stay. Shame we weren't informed of opening hours when booking but minor inconvenience.

Although we were a family of 4 staying for 5 nights it was a very comfortable room with beds made up, clean towels and tea, coffee and biscuits etc replenished everyday. Great service in general (Brett was particularly helpful) and good pub food. Very recommendable! Great location with beautiful surroundings with plenty to do and see.

Overall decent place to stay. Room was very clean and tidy with a good shower. Had problems connecting onto wifi from one of our phones. Location good for Ironbridge and surrounding areas

We had a lovely stay at the Shakespeare Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and accessible without going through the main building and the food in the restaurant was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It has a great location near the river with an easy walk to Ironbridge.

Staff very helpful , room nice clean and all we cud ask for . In a good area to reach the places we’re we wanted to go , would defo stay there again !!!!

We enjoyed our stay, lovely location, nice staff, public bar great, evening meals are good but don’t rate the breakfast which appears to be budgeted with cheap sausage and bacon that taste of nothing !

I arrived very late in the evening and the staff were very helpful and friendly towards me. I would definitely stay there again
