"It’s the place to stay in Peebles!"

Great central location. Reception staff attentive, very friendly. View at rear of hotel just lovely. Room comfortable and spacious. Great to be able to go to sister hotel for leisure facility. Wonderful breakfast!

Access to mtb and secure bike store

For some reason they have removed the vegan burger from the main menu and and veg sausages from breakfast come on guys I can’t be the only vegan… maybe I am.. I’ll be back anyway

"Good hotel in the town centre"

Excellent location in the centre of town. Good breakfast.

The first room looked into a brick wall however the hotel upgraded us to a room with a view of the river and hills.
