Location-Excellent location, walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. It is in the centre of Chiado and you step into a vibrant atmosphere straight from the apartment. Amenities-very clean, well stocked, good quality bedlinen and towels. Very comfortable beds. Good air-conditioning.

The only slight comment I have to make is on the day that we checked in the 23rd of May, the member of staff checking us in seemed to be in a hurry to get away. She did not come up with us to show us the apartment and the facilities. She said she had messaged it all to us. But we did not get the message as our Wi-Fi connection wasn’t working. She then wrote down the Wi-Fi password after which we got the message. We struggled to open the door and then we had to call her to come up and help. I had some questions about the air-conditioning but she kept saying I have sent you everything. A minor gripe but it would be nice to have things explained when you’re on a foreign holiday and things don’t work the same everywhere. and we had to keep asking her questions and she seemed in a rush to get away. The member of staff on the checkout day on 25th May was very pleasant and helpful. So it must just have been that one day.

The place was very centrally located, clean and comfortable and had a lift which is rare in the residential buildings in Lisbon. I wish we had to stay for more days there. The staff at the office below were extremely helpful and professional. We reached late that night and had a problem opening our door, we called the emergency number given and a gentleman came immediately to help us, which was very kind given the late hour. Will definitely want to stay there again.

Nice 1-bedroom apartment in central Lisbon on second floor. Two small balconies add to its spaciousness. On-property attendant was very helpful. Great dining choices within blocks.

Noise from late night partiers coming up from the steet.

Clean and tidy with a great location to get about Lisbon very easily.

The location is amazing. Right in the center and convenient for everything.

The rooms start to feel a bit worn out..especially the bathroom. Everything else was superb! I have never slept so comfortably in an hotel. Pillows and mattress are really high quality.
