Location was perfect! Also really touristy. Room was really clean. Check in and out were easy. It was a nice 2 night sleep but i think more is hard.

Since the area is so touristy there were a lot of noise and sound. Be advised that night sleeps are not silent. Also there were a smell in the building itself.

We were greeted and taken care of by one of the employees who was very helpful to us. While the bathroom sink was a little stopped up, they promptly took care of the issue. The receptionist helped point out sites we should see, places we should go and restaurants to eat. In fact, they even booked a reservation for us at the best restaurant in Lisbon. The place was very clean on arrival. We did have to ask to have our sheets and towels cleaned after a couple of days. But then our apartment was taken care of each day. The view of the old city was really good. The balcony allowed us to see the sun and receive fresh air. And the apartment was very quiet at night, so sleep was never an issue in a busy city such as Lisbon.

Not anything really. While not everything was perfect, as soon as we let the receptionist know of a problem, it was taken care of promptly. Cannot ask for more.

The elevator was a bit slow

The location was great. We had a spacious room but it was not serviced for the 6 nights we stayed apart from changing towels and emptying rubbish bins. We went low on soap and toilet paper and we probably could have asked for more but it was not forthcoming. A bit of noise from above when room was cleaned. The receptionist Debby did some printing for us and was helpful with directions etc.

Lack of servicing of apartment

Very clean, friendly and helpful host, light and bright, great location.

Not sound proof as advertised, construction work outside the window 24/7. Bad service, refusing to help us. When we complained, they said there was nothing they can do to refund us either.

The owner arrived just within 5 minutes of our arrival

The apartment is right in the center of the city, closed to everything. Very clean. The only thing I'd add and wish apartment has had was some chest of drawers or closet, other than that - everything else you'd ever need was there.
