Melissa Apartments, Studios & Suites

We really liked staying at Melissa Apartments! The room was really big, with a smart TV which we used to connect to Netflix, it was cleaned every day. The owners of the place were very nice, constantly checked our needs, and helped us with every question we had. It has a preety large pool, billiard table and tasty meals. About 20 minutes from the beach. We will defenetlly come back there as, we all, the adults and the children really enjoyed there!

Immeuble neuf équipé d'un petit coin cuisine. Propreté irréprochable et lit confortable et ferme. Une petite supérette à côté. Petit parking. Très calme. Qualité prix élevée. Service est minimum mais c'est normal. Les plages sont éloignés à 2 km mais près du centre du village.

The rooms were bright, spacious, and looked like recently renovated. Plenty of parking available, and the staff was always ready to help with check-in and inquiries. The location is perfect, right near all the restaurants.

While I didn't expect a fully stocked kitchen, even basic amenities like salt, pepper, or complimentary tea bags would have been a nice touch. There was also no shampoo or shower gel provided, and we had to purchase it nearby. Additionally, there were no spare blankets or pool towels available, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest issue for me was the bathroom. There was no proper airflow, so all the moisture lingered, and it had a persistent bad odor. The water pressure was surprisingly low, and it took quite a while for hot water to kick in.

The place is excellent in all ways.

The property is family owned and run so for that reason we loved it.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Melissa. Familien som ejer og driver hotellet er meget gæstfrie, poolområdet ligger skønt og er rent og pænt. Poolbaren serverer alt fra lækker morgenmad til snaks og gode drinks. Tak til Ingrid og familie.

The friendliest place we've ever stayed which is why we visit every year! Staff and owners will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and will sort any problems you have (as long as you tell them!)

The room is spacious and it's a quiet neighborhood most of the time. Malia old town is pleasant.

It can be noisy in the morning and during the day - from construction or maybe production/industrial sites not far away.

Location and very well kept

Very aggressive owner and a so called ‘Security’ who wanted to enter our room at 5am with a Stick and was also either very drunk or drugged up

Firstly arrived and was asked why so late . Was then expected to sit and chat for around an hour before someone even offered to show me the room ( my flight got in at 2300) I get to the room it’s absolutely nothing like the pictures. The air con is broken and it’s around 30 degrees during the day . It is impossible to sleep at night with all of the noise as had to keep all of the windows open , still sweated that much that the bed was damp . Everything is extra from air con ( that doesn’t work ) the safe In the room , all of these things come as standard in literally every other air b&b / hotel I’ve ever stayed at . I really wish I could leave a more positive review but had to cut my stay short and will be staying at a hotel closer to the airport so I can at-least get some sleep before my return flight.
