Beautiful property. The staff was exceptional! They were friendly, welcoming, extremely helpful with anything you need, and they provided excellent recommendations. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The location was perfect as well; easy walking distance to everything.

Great location in Old Town Chania. Lovely hotel and spa with great amenities. Stay was wonderful. Room was slightly small but very adequate. Their parking is off site, so you call them when you get close and they guide you to the parking. Overall a great experience.

Top notch service and attention. The structure is immaculate, the breakfast is amazing, but what makes this place so special is the staff and management. Antonis, George, Alex, Eleni, and Margarita treated us like family. Crete itself is amazing, Chania is so special and underrated, and Casa Delfino is the perfect place to stay. They organized pickups and car rentals for us, but also provided us with great guidance on what to see and what to skip, and every suggestion was spot on. We enjoyed some of the most amazing beaches and restaurants that we would never have found if it wasn’t for the suggestions from the staff. Then there is the rooftop bar, which had amazing views of the city. And then there is the spa, such an amazing way to unwind. Our stay at Casa Delfino was magical and delightful.

We could not have been more pleased with this fantastic hotel. The location was superb. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and willing to assist with every request. Our room had a rooftop deck with an amazing view of the harbor. Breakfast, which was included, was tasty. We did not want to check out. We hope to come again and will recommend to others.

They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants, as well as ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect, and the room was impeccably clean. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Chania again, there's no doubt that I would choose Casa Delfino as my accommodation. All the positive reviews at this hotel is true. This is a well run family owned establishment and their attention to detail and level of service is impeccable. Everyone is treated like a VIP and they’re happy to assist with anything you need. We were there for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. There was a rolling power issue over night and kicked our AC off during it we alerted the front desk in the am and they sent someone to fix it right away. The mechanic continued to check up periodically to ensure the system was in good working order. The hotel also provides recommendation on restaurants in the area and they’re happy to help you make the reservations which i would highly recommend that you do. We went to Pallas twice because the food was service was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again in the future!

Fabulous oasis of quiet in middle of Old Town, close to harbour front and local shops and restaurants yet only 15 mins walk to nearest beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in courtyard was a great way to start the day and drinks on the roof terrace with superb views a great way to start the evening. Can't speak highly enough of staff. The friendliest and most helpful I have come across in many years. Going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and full of helpful tips and suggestions for restaurants or places to go. Can recommend this hotel very highly.
