Casa Delfino Hotel & Spa

This is a wonderful hotel that has been in the family for generations. Personal service, luxurious and beautifully designed rooms, extraordinary attention to detail and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located for the old town and harbour of Chania. We had a roof terrace with a lovely view of the harbour. The in-house spa is highly recommended too, and the breakfast is great.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were so helpful in coordinating rentals/excursions etc and made our stay so easy. Location was perfect - not in the busiest part of the old harbor but within a minute walk.

The staff helped us in every way possible. We loved our stay, it’s a special beautiful place.

Our stay was fantastic, from the hotel room and other facilities beautifully decorated, delicious breakfast, outstanding service to a perfect location, Casa Delfino delivered in all possible categories! I will definitely rebook it when I’m back to Chania!

The property is in Old Town so the streets are basically pedestrian only. The taxi communicated with the hotel that I was at the drop off point and someone quickly picked me and my luggage up in a small electric car and took me the short distance to the hotel. Note: I suggest putting the phone number of the hotel into your cell in the event the taxi driver does not have it, though fortunately mine did. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed a massage during my stay. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee very good. The area around the hotel was a little confusing at first because I went out the back way and the path is kind of winding. But everything connects together and in a short walk there is so much to see! If I am lucky enough to return to Chania, I will definitely stay at Casa Delfino Hotel and Spa again.

The property and location are great. Our room was very comfortable, loft style with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and living room downstairs. The staff very friendly and attentive. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.
