Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast in the courtyard in the morning. I had a long travel delay and the welcoming staff (even at 1am), clean (and cool) room and comfortable bed were the perfect antidote to the chaos of traveling.

We had a great stay in Casa Delfino. The hotel was in a great location in the Old Town of Chania steps from the harbor, restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was very nice with spacious rooms. The staff was fantastic. We even met the owner who was hanging out in the lobby. The breakfast that was provided was really great with many options. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A hotel with so much history as originally a family home, and being lovingly cherished by the same family over several generations. Visually interesting, understated, but very comfortable and with staff who went out of their way to help.

Outstanding service from a friendly staff, especially Chrissy who made every arrangement in a most professional manner. Our room was large, with a private deck, and just off an elevator. We will come back again, no doubt.

Stayed 4 nights in early December 2021. This hotel is unique, and every room is different and thoughtfully appointed. We were in the penthouse and had the best deck with a panoramic view of the water and old city. We had breakfast every morning in the beautiful courtyard which we still miss. Chania is quiet in Dec so easy parking close by, and a few minutes walk from everything you could need. Amazing family heritage, and the staff is friendly and highly attentive. For a couples get-away, cannot recommend highly enough.

"Fantastic Hotel with an Unbeatable Location!"

We had a great stay at Casa Delfino! The room was very comfortable and the location was ideal! We loved the rooftop bar as well! And, the staff was super helpful and friendly! The only downside was that we didn't get to stay longer...
