The location was perfect. It was wonderful to have all the shops and restaurants just out the door. Breakfasts were excellent--many choices. Our room was spacious and there were some Greek delicacies to sample. our TV in the bedroom didn't work and there were no usb outlets, which was tricky.

Exceptional Hotel in the heart of old town of Chania but with very quiet spot, view of harbor, great historic property, committed manager/owner, wonderful stay. One issue is that internet is really bad and prohibits remote covid testing so need to work on that but everything else was great.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of old town Chania…but the real star here is the service. Spectacular! They treat you like royalty.

Hands down, this is the best place to stay in Chania. The people are incredible, kind, and service orientated. The building is grand and location ideal. The roof is unbelievable.

Casa Delfino Hotel & Spa is absolutely a fantastic place to stay. The owners of the hotel and personnel are absolutely wonderful and very attentive. They made our stay extra special. The room and bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of parking close to the hotel. Breakfast is superb and delicious. Massage and spa is also great. I would highly recommend all around for a stay in Chania!

A beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in a lovely quiet street but only 2 minutes from the harbour & the rest of the old town. It deserves its 5 star status & the excellent reviews found on Expedia & elsewhere. Breakfast was excellent & served in the picturesque courtyard, the roof terrace including bar was relaxed with stunning views of the harbour, city & mountains beyond. Excellent roof top bar staff looked after us on a couple of occasions inc a surprise birthday cake for my wife’s birthday, good service. We stayed 4 nights & would certainly return. Eleni & Chrissy from the reservations team deserve a special mention for booking great restaurant's, car hire, help with parking & a surprise birthday treat. The place to Stay in Chania! Tip: if you have a hire car, call the hotel before arrival to help with parking, they will pick you up in their golf cart & take you through the old town streets to hotel!

This hotel had one surprise after another. They had a golf cart to pick you up when you arrives as the hotel is on a pedestrian street. When I asked about the Somaria Gorge tour they quickly set it up along with a breakfast box to take with me as the pick up time was before breakfast. When I came back pretty much broken as not my knees gave our during the hike, they again picked me Up on the golf cart, arranged for food to be delivered to me and even had a couple of vodka cocktails delivered. ( it did help with the pain ). I would totally recommend Casa Del Fini and their wonderful staff.

A fantastic experience at this beautiful hotel, enhanced by the friendly and helpful nature of everybody we met. The best place to stay to explore Chania and surrounds.
