Eltham Gateway Hotel

The area is quiet , rooms are spacious and hospitality was great. Just needs to improve on the window cottons, they need a change or regular wash

Owner was abolutely fantastic, I called prior to explain why we were staying and he was so accomodating. was a breeze to pick up keys and a breeze to return :)

Room was old and tired, looked as though it has never been renovated since it opened. Booked for 2 stayed for 1. That about sums it up. Only one room key for a room that sleeps 4. Not good

I booked a new updated room but got an old room and no refund of the price difference. Bathrooms were filthy, moldy and very aged. Bed sheets were stained or dirty.

The overall appearance of the motel was unkempt and dirty with rubbish laying around, the room was just ok. Wouldn't recommend

Bedhead was smelly and window couldn't close

The property is that run down the only thing it has going for it is the property value to redevelop into a housing estate Very very disappointing

Besides the wrong day being booked - the room was unmade up with used condoms everywhere. Used pizza boxes and wet towels scattered around. It was disgusting. I left the room and the establishment.
