It is a 1-minute drive west of The Breakers Resort and is located on the left side of the road. Guests under the age of 21 must check-in with parent or official guardian.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Nice relaxing stay, friendly staff."

Charming cape cod stay, walking distance to the beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, nice amenities.

There was a buzzing noise every now and then, not sure what it was.

Proximity to the beach

Check in directions incorrect. We went in circles thinking Bookings.com directions were correct. Building numbers not labeled correctly. Phone numbers for the Resort led nowhere.

Did like the sofa and the fireplace. Room was clean and plenty of towels were provided. Liked having beach/pool towels in the room.

Did not like having to wash or check the dishes before use. This should have done by cleaning staff. Would have liked water view. Long staircase to get to room and door at top was hard to open.

Went away for a weekend trip and the property was great. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Spacious 2 bedroom condo on the beach.

"Amazing location"

The location is perfect, some of the property overlooks at the water, others are spread across but very close to the beach. Great staff, good amenities and fantastic views. A great place for friends and family to be together and have a good time. Lots of good places to eat nearby. You will not be disappointed.

I would just be complaining without a good reason! The room space is tight but if you plan to just shower and sleep in your stay then I wouldn't worry about anything else.

"Great value for money and a fantastic location"

Location on the beach is fantastic. We were given a room with an ocean view which was most appreciated and such a great view. With the extra space, jacuzzi and kitchenette we thoroughly enjoyed this typical New England site.

No shower gel provided was the only fault we found. Having no maid service was not a problem and is reflected in the price.

The location was incredible, so close to the beach, loved it.

"Excellent"

Great location mid cape for getting to around. Staff very helpful. Was disappointed that we couldn’t get a ground floor unit.
