Great pool and cute beach. The room inside had plenty of towels and was very clean. Shower needed fixing. Ring that controls the shower was broken. We were on the first floor and had a herd of elephants above us. Heard everything! Squeaky doors everywhere. Our room had a whirlpool tub next to the dining room table.Not sure why.LOL!! Kitchen was spotless and looked new. Beautiful view of the pool and water.

I liked the closeness to the beach, however, the property was run down and had mold in the bathroom.

The rooms and buildings need updating, well worn. The stairwells were totally dark, no lighting. Dangerous for us senior adults

Loved the location. Nice small private ocean front. Close enough to all things Cape Cod! Ferry to Nantucket is not far!

The room's furniture was visably worn and looked dated. I understand being a beach property it gets a lot of use. However, the lamps had rust all over them, paint off the wall in the bathroom, portable a/c unit in the window in the sleeping area was enough to cool just that area. Thankfully that wasn't too warm. The window was unable to be locked and could easily be lifted up from the outside to gain entrance. Due to the location I would give it another chance maybe this room just needs a sprucing up. Hoping the other rooms are better! Staff were responsive when I reached out about the fireplace not working. We were able to finally get it to work. Loved the complimentary laundry facilities and coffee!

Great Location right on the private beach. Great resort facility: several pools, hot tub etc. Very good and friendly service.

Dirty, outside doors not secured. Advertised as no. Smoking but we cld not open our windows without smell of smoking. Hallways very dirty.

Nice place. Heard it was recently bought out by Hilton Grand Vacations. When we got into our room we immediately noticed black mold around the air vent. They clearly shut off the AC when the rooms are not occupied which is an issue hence the mold. Needs to be handled for future guests especially with little ones.

I liked that it was right on the water and fairly priced
