Perfect location, loved the 2 BR and 2 BA,

Wish it was on the first Floor,

just everything was easy and as promised.

nothing...

Good location for the beach. Clean. Staff was helpful. Loved the electric fireplace. Full sized fridge/microwave in the room. Free parking on site.

Room was smaller than expected. A little bit run down (holes in the wall where a towel rack had been moved, stains on the bathroom ceiling, etc). No elevator/handicap access to upper floor. Parking lot was pretty small. No counter space in the bathroom.

•The front door needed to be SLAMMED to shut & lock. •no lock on the sliding glass door. •screen for window off & laying on deck. •telephone didn’t work. •neither tv worked. •table warped & so wobbly we had to jam paper under it. We were so disappointed with the accommodations & the lack of anyone assisting us to a different room that we left the property to go elsewhere. We will be sure to let everyone know NOT to book The Breakers. We’ve had NUMEROUS stays at Seaside Resort without issue.

Some small cosmetic issues. Front door to building was loud.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF (Yolanda & Begins with a C) added much to the gorgeous surroundings! It was our 25th anniversary and they arranged to have a goodie bag sent to our room; So thoughtful!

Well, due to the weather, we weren’t able to explore as much, but it had nothing to do with the staff. It’s strictly due to living in New England😆

We stayed at the Breakers South. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very nice and what we wanted. The unit was small with a two person jetted bath tub in the same room as the kitchen table. The building was old and the carpet should probably be replaced. Even though we had access to the amenities at the Sounding I would not say we stayed at a Resord.
