Die Anlage mit den beiden Pools war wunderschön, alles sehr gepflegt und die Bungalows waren sehr geräumig, allerdings mit einigen Schwachstellen. Der Strand ist mit dunklen Lavasteinen, wunderschön, unmittelbar in der Nähe des Schiffswracks. Es gibt Handtücher für den Pool. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen war sehr lecker.

Hilfreich wären ein paar Sonnenschirme an den Pools, weil es doch sehr sonnig werden kann. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch okay. In den oberen Bungalows wurde das Wasser leider nicht warm. Uns hat das nicht so gestört. Die Betten waren leider für uns sehr unbequem. Wir hatten am schlechtesten geschlafen, während unseres Aufenthalts auf Bali, aber auch das ist eine sehr individuelle Ansicht. Nachts waren die Hintergrundgeräusche extrem störend (surrender Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage,, Ventilator- auch von den oberen Zimmern hörte man es) und um 6h früh wurde es laut, weil die Angestellten sich lautstark bei ihrer Arbeit unterhalten haben.

Établissement correct qui reste un hôtel de passage .. très bien situé pour les plongées, avec un bon personnel d’encadrement.

La chambre est très vétuste, peu confortable, pas très propre. Coussins des transats autour de la piscine complètement tachés ça ne donne pas envie de s’y installer …

I was traveling with a healing broken leg and the resort is really not practical. The stairs are not practical at all.

Het zwembad was heerlijk. En de tuin ziet er fantastisch uit.

De schoonmaak viel ons erg tegen. De tuin ziet er fantastisch uit, maar de kamers kunnen netter/schoner. Onze ramen en spiegel zagen er niet uit. De voegen in de badkamer waren helemaal vergeelt of weg. Het plafond zat vol spinnenraggen. De kast die er staat is aan vervanging toe. De kamers hebben geen sfeer, dat is erg jammer en verwacht je niet als je op Bali komt. Als je in het restaurant zat had je continue kittens miauwend rond lopen, die er niet fris uitzagen. Het zou een fantastisch resort kunnen zijn, maar dan moeten ze wel wat werk verzetten. De ruimte van de kamers is top en je kan er zoveel mee doen. Een likje verf zou al wonderen doen hier.

The location of this hotel is stunning; definitely the pick of the dive resorts in Tulamben. It's right on the beach, there are gorgeous gardens for the kids to run in, and two different pools for swimming after a morning spent snorkeling or diving.

The steps are all very tall, which is a thing to be mindful of with small children. Our 6 year old took a tumble because the stairs were too big for him to get down safely. If you stay with kids, ask to be placed in the ground floor family rooms.

The location of the resort is great and the dive team is amazing - our dive guide Edi was the best, he looked after us really well and found lots of cool little critters during our dives. The staff are all really friendly and the rooms cleaned on request. The additional water dispenser provided for the last few days was much appreciated. The gardens are lovely and it was nice to relax on the front deck and enjoy the garden and ocean views or look at the birds.

The restaurant is functional but not a highlight, although there's lots of great places to eat nearby. They had a new sound system installed while we were there and were still getting used to the volume - sometimes it was nice ambient background noise, but other times too loud to have a conversation at breakfast or you could hear it in your cabin. I think they'll work it out as they get feedback.
