The location is perfect for the scuba diving on the sunken wreck-Liberty. Just enter water from the shore and swim 50M away. Very good view of morning rising sun above the horizon. The rear view is Mt Agung.

The room main door has difficulty closing and opening. The toilet door is unable to lock properly. At first, AC was not cold. Requested the technician to do AC maintenance.

The premise is very well kept and the location is good. Staffs are generally friendly. Very spacious room and nice big pool.

The plugs are falling apart. I didn't notice but I've booked a room with no TV and the toilet flood after shower. The strange thing was my water supply was cut off 2 days in a row. Have to go to the reception to reinstate my water supply. 2nd time I told the staff on the ground, he just told me its broken and ask me to go to the recpeoand was fix miraculously fixed. There was mosquito in the room. My door also broke twice and had to call for help to lock. Massage service available but it's in room.

The food is only fair. There are other food outlets in the village

Be aware that some of the units are double story. The steps to the upper units are very steep and are not illuminated at night. All persons need to be very careful at all times using the stairs..especially elderly people. The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door would not close properly and the electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls. This should be basic maintenance.

There is no water refill in every room so we had to buy mineral bottles

excellent friendly helpful staff. after a big rain there were issues with the water pump, staff communicated often about the problem and were very helpful in moving us rooms. lovely pools and well kept grounds. good food in the restaurant and an excellent location
