Very nice area and swimming pools.

The restaurant's policy has to be completely changed. The quality of dishes is too low, and price is too high.

The location is great, the gardens are beautiful and very well kept. The rooms are nice and big.

The electrical plugs in our room falling out of the wall which is dangerous, towels we're forgotten on a few occasions so we needed to run to reception to request towels. Rooms could do with a better clean especially under the beds... Breakfast needs to start earlier, Divers need to eat before leaving for a dive day & 7-30 is just too late especially when there are many people in the restaurant.

The rooms are VERY tired and could do with a full upgrade. Sometimes difficult to communicate clearly with staff.

The location is superb, right on the beach. Food in general is pretty basic and it is disappointing they don't have a liquor licence to serve wines but luckily we knew beforehand and were able to bring our own. The staff are sensational, always very friendly and efficient. The dive shop crew were brilliant and very helpful with assisting us in and out of the water dealing with the rocks etc.

I think the rooms should have the large water dispensers for guests to refill their own water bottles, there is such wastage of plastic bottles which is unnecessary and should be discouraged. I also think that it could be mentioned on the website that if divers are bringing their own guides there will be a surcharge, as it is a little unfair that if divers come but don't use the services of the resort dive team, it disadvantages the resort.

Good location for multiple dive locations

Rooms need a lot of attention, renovation and deep cleaning.

When I checked into the hotel, the room was not cleaned. the hotel room lock was broken，satff couldn't fix.it, so I couldn't check into the room.I had spent so much time to communicate with satff,but they didn't solve any problems. My wife and I was angry that staff didn't allow us upgrade and refused to change the room, the manager was only willing to change to twins beds room and refused to change double beds room,but they still had double beds rooms available. Staff had a perfunctory attitude, poor service, and extra charges. This is the worst hotel I have had the worst experience, they ruined my vacation, I had to cancel 3 days of hotel stay, I want to complain about this hotel, I want compensation for all the loss of the next stay.
