The location is great. There is a pleasant music performance every day. The hotel quality is decent in Varanasi.

The AC quality needs to be improved.

Our stay could not have been better-this hotel is a true gem by the Ganges! From the moment we arrived by boat, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is absolutely perfect, offering superb views of the river and easy access to all the local attractions, This hotel thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. On our first evening, we were lucky enough to witness one of the mesmerizing night ceremonies, an experience made even more special by the seamless arrangements from the hotel, returning afterward for dinner felt like the perfect end to the day The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and free from any issues, providing a great escape from the chaos of horns and traffic outside. Once inside, it felt like a tranquil haven, ans was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration, Thankyou team, you really made us feel special.

Breakfast service was very poor, table not laid with crockery. Even after asking still inside plate or knives.

We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future.
