You cannot get there by car, so you have to carry your luggage and walk for 10-15 minutes and the walking is through the streets which are too narrow and very dirty.

Excellent location and great customer service.

The location was excellent. Staff well trained. Food was very good. I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Well worth the money. We enjoyed our stay and the property is so close to the Ghats.

The only minus is that your car can't come to the property but the staff will pick you up and will bring you to the property. My luggage was a little heavy so I felt a little bad as the staff had to carry my heavy luggage all the way in.

Great location. Direct access to the ghats. Very personalised service. Tasty food. Decent sized rooms and spacious bathrooms. Couldn’t ask for more.

Other than the access for the last couple of 100 mtrs all good. But I guess with narrow lanes approaching the ghat section in general, it should be expected.

The room size was great. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very big and all amenities were top notch. They have a direct access to the shivala ghat. Also the ghat and ganga view from the common hotel balcony is very nice.

Breakfast starts at 7am which is really late given that this is Varanasi where usually ppl will like to go out early to catch the morning activities at the ghat. Also there is no 24 hour kitchen available. Even a coffee with some simple food wasn't available from their kitchen at around 1230am after we returned from Kashi vishwanath temple. I was asked to just use the hot kettle in room to make the coffee, but after 4 hours of queueing up at Kashi vishwanath temple, i was too tired. Plus was hungry too. Given the amount they are charging, it was really surprising that even simple things like a biscuits or chips was not available, even when you are more than willing to pay extra! Also this place is not accessible by car and needs an auto for access. The property needs to have a dedicated buggy in place for their guests. Instead we have to depend on the auto guys on the road.
