Très bien situé pour une visite du centre historique à pied. Personnel très accueillant et serviable.

nous avons loué un appartement F2 situé au 3 ième étage avec ascenceur dans un immeuble situé à 30 mètres de l'hotel. Appartement communautaire divisé en plusieurs appartements refait à neuf. Bonne isolation phonique et bon confort.

The positives: - Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything in central St. Petersburg. We even walked to the Peter and Paul Fortress. - Great service. I am Russian; my boyfriend is not. Staff were very polite to both of us and spoke good English. They even worked with us to change our schedule after the St. Petersburg bombing incident resulted in an alteration to our travel plans, despite the fact that they have a no-cancelation policy. Quick response time via email. Went way above my expectations. - Decent breakfast. Some mornings, there were even fresh blini. The negatives: - Not for those with disabilities! No lift and many stairs to get to the hotel. - Very loud in the summer. The noise of the city definitely transfers to the room, especially since there is a street full of nightclubs nearby. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. - One day, we had no hot water. It was okay because we were able to get some boiled water from the kitchen and we didn’t see this as a major inconvenience, but some travelers definitely might. - Wi-fi did not work. What to expect: Homey, but lacking amenities that some guests may expect. For us, it was fine – we only used our room to sleep and shower and I really appreciated the great customer service. I would recommend it. However, if you are a more demanding traveler or require Wi-Fi for work, you may not be completely comfortable here!

Had to carry luggage to the 5th floor - 110 steps - no elevator. Breakfast - very limited.

Staffs are all of hospitality, and they can speak English well. The location is really good; close to Khazansky cathedral and Nevsky prospect station. The equipment is limited, no pot in the room, but they, making hot water in the kitchen, put in my mag.

Wir waren 3 Tage im Juni 2017 dort. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt wegen seiner zentralen Lage und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man das ganze Stadtkern perfekt ohne Offentlichen Verkehrsmittel erkunden.

Hissittömän asuinrakennuksen neljännessä kerroksessa oleva selvästi parhaat päivänsä nähnyt pikkuhotelli. Tyyny ja sängyt todella kehnossa kunnossa, pyyhkeet kulahtaneita. Vastaanottovirkailija ei puhunut englantia juuri laisinkaan. Luokattoman huono aamupala yritettiin laskuttaa kahteen kertaan. Sijainti onneksi mukava.

Отель отличный, все на высоком уровне, отличная постель, уборка, персонал, место расположение лучше не найдешь, рядом Невский проспект, казанский собор, до Мариинского театра с удовольствием прогуоялась пешком, Рекомендую от всей души
