"Hotel agréable et bien situé en centre ville. "

Bon hôtel, propre, confortable, bien équipé, au calme et proche du centre ville. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Points négatifs: petit déjeuner décevant, pas assez de tables et 3 ème étage sans ascenseur.

"Localisation parfait"

Le principal atout de cet hôtel est sa localisation, proche de tout. Par contre l'hôtel est au 4 ème étage sans ascenceur. C'est son principal défaut.

Отель понравился, но отсутствие лифта оказалось очень существенным недостатком. Для людей в возрасте (именно к этой категории я себя отношу) это может стать большой проблемой. Очень удобно, что завтрак в отеле продолжается до 12 часов. В номерах бесплатный wi-fi, проблем с ним не было, скорость нормальная, правда, видео не смотрели. Хорошая уборка. Несколько странно, что полотенца меняют раз в три дня. Бронировали номер комфорт. Чем именно этот номер заслужил такую категорию, не поняли. Хороший вид из окна , размер номера и наличие дивана?

"Simple et familial. À recommander"

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de la perpective Nevski . Personnel aimable et compétent . Petit-déjeuner familial et simple . Bon rapport qualité-prix. À recommander (même si il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que l'hotel est situé au 4ème et 5ème étage) . Juste un bémol au niveau du réglage de la climatisation et du wifi payant pour une connexion plus rapide.

"great location, but extra surprising fees"

I have booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids and once there, they told me that i booked only for 2 adults and there will be extra fees for kids to open up the sofa bed. they also charged me for immigration registration fees, although i have already registered at the airport and asked for extra fees for registration. overal i overpaid $25 for an $80 room that was not worth it. it is also a walk up (4 flights) and not recommended for those with heavy luggage. we had 2 tired kids on top

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Personal war nicht besonders hilfreich bei der Beschreibung des Wegs oder anderen Fragen bezüglich der stadt, da auf die Fragen die Rezeption-Damen entweder "ich weiss es nicht" oder "sie können auch lesen" geantwortet haben. Das Essen (Frühstück) war ebenfalls nicht besonders gut.
