"The only hotel I choose in Bangalore"

One of my favourite hotels in India. The housekeeping staff on floor 10 were amazing, and so was the room service staff, and concierge. The concierge went out of his way to help me arrange a Dr visit to my room for a very low cost. The food is good here, nice pool, huge spacious rooms, and it’s very quiet in the bustling city.

"Outstanding Service, Great Location, and Thoughtful Hospitality"

I’m currently staying at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway with my 90-year-old mother for a week, and I have to say I’m genuinely impressed by the level of service. Traveling with someone who has limited mobility and requires a wheelchair can be challenging, but the staff here have made it seamless. From the moment we checked in, everyone has been incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The room is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and offers a beautiful view. In-room dining has been excellent, and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my mother’s dietary restrictions, which really stands out. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread, but what makes it special is the personal touch—they’re happy to prepare specific items on request. The property also has multiple restaurants and lounges. The Persian restaurant is great for an outdoor dinner and Horizon, the rooftop restaurant, serves great Pan-Asian food along with stunning city views. It’s also a wonderful place to meet friends and unwind. The location is very convenient—close to the metro, with Orion Mall just a short walk away and the ISKCON Temple Bangalore nearby. The spa is another highlight, with skilled therapists—definitely worth trying. Namita, Cheung to name a few. A special thanks to Krishna, Dakshina, Alby, Ari, and many others (apologies for not remembering every name) who made our stay so comfortable and memorable. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it.
